What do you think of when you think about a core workout? Planks and sit ups? All those burning moves are great to have in your repertoire but it's time for you to evolve your core workouts. We're going to break 12 weeks down into 3 sections with 2 short workouts/week with some sneaky core, stability and deep core moves. You will need a mini band and a set of dumbbells to complete the program.
