Service Description
Spend 8 weeks building strength in a small group setting. We will be hitting the training floor and working on lifting heavier so you can feel stronger! Lifting weights doesn't only help daily tasks feel easier but it's also vital for womens health, especially as we get older. Whether you're a beginner or feel comfortable in the gym, you'll be challenged at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment! Please note that because we will be using heavier weights, barbells and because we will be on the main training floor this class will not be suitable for toddlers and kids to join you.
