Service Description

If you're looking for customized birth education without having a doula at your birth then private prenatal class are for you! Sessions can be done in your home or in my in home studio and are planned with your specific situation in mind. Private classes are approximately 4 hours in length (can be completed all at once or split into two 2 hours classes) and include the opportunity to ask any questions up until your due date. Topics that can be included are: - Prenatal fitness and postpartum return to activity - Anatomy of pregnancy and labor - Comfort measures, labor positions - Birth partner guidance
